Make It Two

- 2014 - England, London
9-14/5, London Baby
I don't even know where to begin, I love this city. Mainly because of the amazing Indian food that can be found here, but also because of the shopping, restaurants, bars and night clubs, and Hyde park of course, and oh the markets.. I mean, you simply can't get bored, especially not with the company of three amazing girls.

So what did we actually get up to.. Well, the sightseeing was mandatory since it was Linnéa's first time in London, and Big Ben was looking as good as always, the guards outside Buckingham Palace funny as usual, the London eye was still spinning and so on. When it comes to shopping we all had our fair share and we did find some real bargains. Primark was however pushing my patience after a few hours, all shops kinda did actually. Wouldn't it be way more pleasant if all stores weren't 3 floors high and had the size of a castle?

Highlights? Definitely the Indian food along Edgware Rd and at the restaurant Brasserie (in Brick Lane area), cocktails at the Penthouse (Leicester square) with a view over the city, the Latino bar Barrio, Portobello market and the Brick lane food market on Sundays. Yum they literally had food from all over the world, and the look upon my face when we found Traditional Indian Chai by one of the food stands - priceless, I swear it was the best damn Chai I've had since Nepal!

I also managed to catch up with my lovely ex housemate from Australia, Inka, and my awful (or best) workmate from Canada, Tom. Really appreciated all the tips and that you two gorgeous people wanted to come out and see me! Next time I come to London I'll stay for longer so I have time to see all of you Londoners!
